Overview
A modernized take on the utilitarian original, we re-imagined the M-65 liner as a fully functional stand-alone insulator incorporating the most elegant and classic elements chosen from 50 years of evolution.
Built with Polartec® Power Fill™ for light and compact warmth, the combination of functionality and flexibility delivers versatility without excess bulk or weight. Strategically reinforced with our legendary Amphibious Cloth for a lifetime of service, the M-65 heritage into the 21st century.
Modular Insulation
Featuring the distinctive hourglass quilting pattern of the issued liner and insulated with Polartec® Power Fill™, the removable M-65 liner can be zipped into the M-65 for added warmth, or worn as a standalone jacket.
Reinforced for standalone wear, the liner jacket features Amphibious Cloth material on the shoulders and lower arms.
Thermal Regulation
Polartec® Power Fill™ is a soft and pliable matrix of polyester engineered with a proprietary hollow fiber construction that is softer and more durable, forming thousands of air pockets that continuously capture and contain body heat, while maintaining a resilient, equalized thermal layer between the colder air on the outside and the warmer temperatures on the inside.
Moisture Management
The DWR treated exterior works in conjunction with the hydrophobic properties of Polartec® Power Fill™ to resist moisture absorption and dries quickly, while maintaining a high warmth to weight ratio. Made with industry-leading, cruelty-free, 100% post-consumer recycled content, Power Fill™ insulation technology provides greater warmth retention in colder conditions.
