Within minutes you will also receive a sales order confirmation email. You can track the status of your order by clicking on your account icon at the top of any page. From that page, click "View order history" and select the order you would like to track.

A Note On Items In High Demand
Occasionally, our system has difficulty handling a high volume of users attempting to purchase a specific highly demanded item. This has led to overselling items on occasion. Should your order be oversold, we will do our best to find possible alternatives and contact you with options. If no close alternative is available, we will remove the item from your order and notify you. Any other items on your order will be shipped as usual.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
If our fulfillment team has not begun to process your order, you may close your order from your order history page. If a button to close your order does not appear, we have already begun the fulfillment process and are unable to cancel the order.
We are unable to accommodate changes to the contents of an order. If you wish to change colors, sizes, quantities, etc, please place a new order with your desired changes and then close the original order.
Can I place a backorder for an out of stock item?
No, given the high demand for many of our products, we do not take back orders. Please contact our Support team, or subscribe to our newsletter and YouTube Channel for information on possible future restocks.
Do you have a catalog?
No, we do not have a print catalog at this time, but all of our current merchandise can be found on our website. Because our inventory changes constantly, our website provides the most up to date and accurate reflection of what is actually in stock.
Do you offer price adjustments if an item is marked down after my purchase?
Yes. A full priced item that is marked down within 14 days of your original purchase is eligible for a retroactive refund to equal the marked down price. Promotional discounts other than the ADP program do not qualify for price adjustment after initial purchase.
I tried to check out and received an error notifying me that an item in my cart is sold out. What happened?
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your ability to purchase the item. You must successfully complete the entire checkout process, which includes our system issuing you a sales order number and obtaining a proper payment authorization. If the item is sold out before these two steps are complete you will receive an error message informing you that the item is no longer available, and that you should remove it from your cart.
Our merchandise is not authorized for re-sale (unless by an authorized dealer). In order to enforce this policy, purchases of some items may have a max order limit.
