International Customers

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, which will be due at time of delivery. These charges are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. For additional information please contact your local customs office. Also please be aware of any commodity specific import regulations or restrictions that might affect your shipment.

Freight/Shipment Forwarding Services

We understand the cost of international shipping can be prohibitively expensive, and intermediary shipment forwarders offer an inexpensive alternative. Our experience with the majority of these providers has been problematic and has driven up the cost of doing business as a result of frequent mishaps with shipments. TAD reserves the right to decline international orders going through these intermediary shipping forwarders.

TAD will not consider any returns, shipping errors, or lost shipments for orders shipping through intermediate forwarders. We will be happy to honor exchanges or shipping errors for orders that ship directly to international customers. Please note details on returns and exchanges below, and let us know if you have any questions regarding this policy by calling or emailing us.

Authorized Dealers and Partners

Please consult our list of Official Authorized Dealers to see if the item you are interested in is available via domestic or less costly shipment in your country. Customers who purchase Items from our Official Authorized Dealers are asked to contact the point of purchase directly for warranty and exchanges.
