This summer, we set out to create the ultimate warm-weather henley—combining the classic utility of our Huntsman silhouette with the ultra-lightweight, high-performance fabric of the Traverse Tech T. The result is the Traverse Merino Henley, a refined yet rugged summer-weight Merino layer built to perform under pressure and built for life on the move.
But even the best projects don’t always follow protocol. A new internal label application failed our quality standards, bumping this piece off the official spec sheet. While the garment itself passed field testing with flying colors, the label application didn’t meet our quality standards. The result: the Off-Roster Edition—a capable hybrid that won’t be back once it’s gone.

So we’re offering this Off-Roster Edition—fully mission-capable but outside spec.

active merino
Merino has a unique ability to regulate body temperature. During exertion or warm weather, it wicks away moisture from your body and releases it on the surface. This evaporation mechanism has a cooling effect, enhancing comfort while keeping you dry.
To help you stay warm in cold weather, the air pockets in the Merino fibers trap body heat to provide insulation. This adaptive capability makes merino wool garments highly flexible, which is critical if you need to count on a small set of gear to handle unpredictable conditions.
