The Stasis Hoodie is a lightweight, highly breathable insulated midlayer engineered for dynamic environments. Built around mapped Polartec Alpha® insulation, it protects core temperature without forcing the traditional trade off between warmth and breathability.
Insulation is strategically distributed to match the body’s needs. The torso and hood utilize 64 g Alpha® to retain heat at the core. Sleeves are insulated with 51 g Alpha® to reduce bulk and preserve mobility. Unlined underarm and side panels function as exhaust zones, allowing excess heat to escape during movement. The result is a jacket that can remain on across a broad temperature range without constant adjustment.
A lightweight 30 denier nylon shell with a C0 water resistant finish blocks wind and sheds light precipitation while remaining compressible and packable. The stretch liner layers cleanly over base layers and under shells, supporting seamless integration into a larger system.
Streamlined storage reduces visual noise without sacrificing capability. Innovative dual stacked front pockets separate secured carry from natural hand placement, with internal attachment points for retention. The wearer’s left internal chest pocket doubles as a stow pocket, compressing the jacket into a compact package sized to fit easily into most water bottle pockets. A reversible slider enables intuitive deployment and repacking.
Set in sleeves, gusseted side panels, wrist gussets, and a 3-piece adjustable hood deliver articulated movement and dialed coverage, while a high coverage collar with chin guard and a full length internal wind flap complete the architecture.
Stasis blurs the line between everyday insulation and technical mid layer. Worn over a tee, under an overshirt, or beneath a shell, it is engineered to regulate without interruption.
