Overview
Named for explorer and naturalist Frederick Courteney Selous, the Selous Safari Jacket draws from a time when clothing was expected to be as useful as the equipment it carried.
Built from Halley Stevensons CF220 Cellardyke, the Selous combines rugged linen texture with the durability and comfort of cotton. Its waxed finish helps shed light precipitation and dirt while developing a softer hand and greater character with wear. When needed, the fabric can be reproofed to extend its working life.
A relaxed overshirt fit allows the Selous to work as a substantial standalone shirt or layer comfortably over merino, button-ups, polos, and light sweaters. An action back adds mobility, while oversized chest pockets and divided hand pockets provide practical field storage.
TAD slotted buttons secured with tubular flat lace create a durable, field-serviceable closure system, with spare components included for repair.
Built for daily use, changing conditions, and the marks accumulated along the way.
