Overview

This is the debut of our Lambert Elite Chef TAD Edition. This knife is designed to be a workhorse in the kitchen, but also a showstopper. Lambert’s Elite Chef uses sweeping curves and long lines to create a refined, yet robust and utilitarian aesthetic. Don’t be fooled by its deceptive beauty. This six inch Chef knife was built to be extremely capable and handle a multitude of cutting tasks.

Starting with the modified drop point profile that has a slightly raised tip to aid in piercing as well as rocking, this six inch kitchen knife offers extreme versatility when weight and space count. The thin flat ground Damasteel is perfect for the task, offering a tough blade that takes a razor’s edge coupled with high corrosion resistance.

Incredibly thin and lightweight, this knife carries effortlessly until needed. Once deployed from its Kydex sheath you have a tool with a full grip and a 6” Damasteel cutting edge. The versatile drop point style blade can tackle most tasks with ease. The hand rubbed finish resists scratches from deployment and use. The handle features a tall and thin profile to accommodate any grip you need for the task at hand.

The Kydex sheath will protect the blade in a drawer or pack and is spaced to accommodate a small Tek Lok or Mummert Slotted Ti clip for versatile carry options.

Rounding out the package, the Lambert Field Chef TAD Edition has three fullers in the  handle.  This drop features either Stabilized Redwood or Stabilized Tamirind. Our logo mirrors Lambert’s on opposite sides of the blade.

Due to the nature of custom items, slight variations may occur.
