Overview
Built for those who navigate the grey zone, the Intercept Pant is designed to move effortlessly between worlds—balancing classic style with covert capability.
This Special Edition (SE) of the Intercept Pant is constructed from prestigious Kaihara Indigo 12oz denim, crafted by the legendary Fukuyama-based mill whose century-long mastery of indigo has defined Japanese denim. Since 1893, Kaihara has combined time-honored rope-dye techniques with vintage shuttle-loom weaving to produce fabrics prized worldwide for their depth of color, refined character, and lasting strength. This Special Edition is finished with considered construction details including welted coin pockets, chain-stitched hems and waistbands, and flat-felled inseams, outseams, and back rise.
Born along Japan’s Seto Inland Sea, Kaihara has spent more than a century perfecting the art of indigo. Their 12oz Indigo denim reflects that lineage with a fabric that is clean, composed, and purpose-built. Woven on vintage shuttle looms in Fukuyama and rope-dyed in Kaihara’s signature indigo, the cloth delivers a deep, uniform blue with subtle dimensionality that emerges over time. The slightly heavier 12oz weight strikes a deliberate balance—substantial enough to provide structure and durability, yet comfortable from first wear—developing rich fades and natural wear patterns that mark the miles ahead.
This is denim built not just to endure, but to evolve, recording every movement, every environment, every demand placed upon it.
