Overview
The Huntsman Henley is a foundation layer engineered for endurance across changing environments. Its 95% merino wool construction is blended with stretch fibers for unrestricted movement while maintaining merino’s natural thermoregulation, moisture management and odor resistance. Rated UPF 50, it provides dependable sun protection during extended exposure without compromising comfort or breathability.
Worn next to skin as a base layer or over a tee as a lightweight mid-layer, the Huntsman adapts seamlessly across seasons. A low, stand-up collar and reinforced three-button placket create a secure fit and composed profile. Flatlock seams reduce bulk and prevent chafing, while a slightly extended torso length facilitates movement and maintains coverage through dynamic motion. TAD’s signature slotted buttons—affixed with tubular flat lace—ensure lasting durability under repeated wear and wash.

Naturally Adaptive
Merino has a unique ability to regulate body temperature. During exertion or warm weather, it wicks away moisture from your body and releases it on the surface. This evaporation mechanism has a cooling effect, enhancing comfort while keeping you dry. To help you stay warm in cold weather, the air pockets in the Merino fiber trap body heat to provide insulation.
Extended Use Tested
Merino has a high warmth-to-weight ratio, making it packable and unobtrusive when moving light and fast. It also does not retain odors, giving you more uses between laundering than other fabrics. Unlike synthetics which can trap odor despite washing, Merino readily sheds odor when laundered.
