Overview

The Free Hill Blades Keychain Fixie is the discreet, yet highly capable cutting tool. Small enough to remain unobtrusive, it's designed to handle all your daily cutting tasks, such as opening boxes and cutting string. This robust little knife performs well above its weight class without adding bulk to your pockets. Born from the desire to always have a blade on hand, this fixie ensures you're never without a knife.

The blade is made from dependable 1095 carbon steel, known for its solid edge retention. It features a hollow grind for a thin, razor-sharp edge.

Our Triple Aught Design (TAD) edition stands out with our signature topo pattern laser-applied across the entire knife. The included leather sheath offers a high level of retention, ensuring the knife is secure when you need it and maintains a low profile in less permissive environments. This is a high quality, no-nonsense knife to get things done, all proudly made in the USA.

Due to the nature of custom items, slight variations may occur.

By placing an order with Triple Aught Design, you are verifying that you are over 18 years of age and are aware of all local, state and federal laws regarding the possession of, or the carrying of this product. Behind the Scenes with Free Hill Blades

Curtis Haaland came from a family of artists and enjoyed crafts from a young age. By high school his father began to teach him knife making. Curtis was seventeen when he forged his first blade, made from mild steel using cheap tools and a makeshift forge. At that moment he fell in love with the craft of knife making.

He enjoys that knives can be both a tool and an expression of art all in one. He designs his  knives with utilitarian purposes, while at the same time giving them a unique and creative design element. From the designing to forging, grinding, and handle making he wants each and every stage of the knife making process to show intention and purpose. He works hard to make knives in such a way that the lines flow nicely together, capturing the eye of the beholder. Curtis' attention to detail has produced some of the finest traditionally styled knives available.
