The Dauntless is one of our signature designs. It is only produced to the highest level of fit and finish. Jared Oeser not only updated the design, he re-imagined the knife as only a master craftsman could.
Jared Oeser seamlessly blends the best of old and new design cues with exacting tolerances to produce stunning heirloom quality knives. This Dauntless Elite is thoroughly modern, but feels like a classic design in hand. Precision tolerances equate to a concert of parts when deploying the blackened titanium thumbstuds of the flawless hand rubbed satin finish Magnamax spearpoint blade. Riding on ceramic bearings for a smooth, effortless open, then held securely in place by a ceramic detent when closed.
The handle assembly is a beautiful integration of materials and construction. The blackened titanium linerlock frame has our triple fullers milled deep in stunning Koa wood. The pivot itself is stunningly constructed with a custom Koa insert.
Finer details include the Oeser logo laser etched into the blade and a floating zirconium backspacer. The 3D milled pocket clip matches the backspacer with 3D Zirconium design. The Dauntless Prime Compound Ground Oeser Edition is a one of a kind masterpiece that will excel as a centerpiece of a collection for generations to come.

Jared Oeser has spent a lifetime studying art and design. As a craftsman by trade he has been able to bring his unique visions to life with an unwavering attention to detail. As a longtime collector of knives he decided to pivot to knifemaking with the same dedication in 2011. He credits his friend David Lang with teaching him the skills needed to hone his craft. Since then he has built a portfolio of unique, timeless classics that combine modern materials and techniques with an old traditional style.
