Overview
The Nacelle Folding Knife is a precision-engineered titanium folder, built from the ground up by aerospace engineers. Designed for simplicity, reliability, and long-term use, it features an integral handle—machined from a single block of titanium—and a sub-3" Magnacut steel blade.
With a minimal part count and clean mechanical action, it’s a folding knife that prioritizes function over flash. Built in-house with the same attention to detail that Aerocrafted brings to flight-critical components, the Nacelle is made to be carried, used, and appreciated every day. The Nacelle is offered in a fine bead blast or deep blue anodized finish. Our TAD Edition features triple fullers in the handle, our signature laser topo pattern, and logo in the pivot.

Behind the Scenes with Aerocrafted
Aerocrafted is a small team of aerospace engineers, fabricators and pilots with a passion for aviation and adventure. Designing and manufacturing products out of their hangar in San Luis Obispo, California.
Their experience in the aerospace industry influences every step of the design and manufacturing process. After years of engineering, building and flying experimental aircraft, they have learned that simple solutions are often the most reliable (and elegant!) Aerocrafted makes products with the same materials and methods used to design aircraft systems, sparing no attention to detail in order to get it just right.
