WEEK 3:

Function Fitness Challenge :

5 Rounds Of:

40 seconds High Plank hold

20 Plank Hip Dips

20 Plank Shoulder Taps 

20 Plank Up-Downs

(Try to do a complete round without dropping from the plank)

Skillset Challenge :

Navigate off trail for 3 miles using only a paper map and compass

Week 3 Participants

Every Monday we will reveal a new weekly Functional Fitness and Skillset Challenge.  We invite you to increase your capability by trying these challenges.  Share your attempts on Instagram by tagging your pictures or video with #missioncapable. Start the first 90 days of 2019 out strong.

- Each week we will select one participant from the #missioncapable hashtag to win any in stock item of their choosing (excluding hardgoods).

- Winners are selected at random.

- Winners are announced in the Friday Newsletter.

- Participants do not have to follow the weekly challenge order to win.  You can participate at anytime with any weekly challenge.
