Ironwire is designed to be the ultimate high strength accessory cord. Constructed with a high tenacity polyester jacket and a Dyneema SK75 core, Ironwire is strong, low stretch and tangle resistant. This 2mm cord boasts an average break strength of 650 lbs. It is appropriate for a wide range of applications and will become your new favorite high strength accessory cord.

Note that the Dyneema core and polyester jacket will not melt together. To clean the ends after cutting, we recommend pulling 1/8" of the jacket over the core and melt the ends jacket together. This will encapsulate the Dyneema core, locking it in place.
