COVID-19 MESSAGE

Here at Triple Aught Design, we are committed to providing quality service and gear while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Given the recent developments with COVID-19, we are closely monitoring the CDC recommendations and taking necessary precautions. 

Starting today, Dogpatch Base (our San Francisco retail location) will be closed until May 4th.  At that point, we will re-evaluate the situation and provide an update. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are still accepting orders online and our fulfillment center is fully operational.   

COMMUNITY RESPONSE

The TAD community is known for their ability to plan-prepare-and execute against any objective they are faced with. We know every single one of you are doing what is needed for you and your loved ones’ safety.

We are doing what we can as a business and as individuals to support our local community by partnering with the Bay Area’s largest Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) demand facilitator to ensure we can assist the healthcare and first responder communities with their exact needs.

  • We’ve dedicated part of our development team to assist in pattern making, marker making, and fabric evaluation with other local sewing facilities to ensure the highest level of operations is achieved while maintaining a quick production line.

  • We’ve optimized half of our own in house prototyping facility to produce masks and gowns. These are being delivered to local medical facilities and essential workforce businesses.

  • Our field team has been dedicating time and resources in their local Colorado communities to deliver food and PPE equipment to essential workers and those in need.

We aren’t stopping there.

PPE FOR CONSUMERS

We’ve begun the early design process to develop a mask for our community. Our goal is to design and manufacture a mask that does more than just provide social comfort, but solves an end user need for effective protection while maintaining a comfortable fit and exceptional performance.

CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIONS

Hours of operation: Phones will be open and emails answered on our normal schedule. M-F 0900-1800 US West Coast Time.

Returns, repairs, and warranty processing:

The customer service crew does the vast majority of physically processing returns. We are limiting overlapping physical presence in our warehouse, and buffering the time between returns arriving and physical handling of them by a few days. This will of course delay processing of your return by up to a week beyond normal processing time. Thank you for your patience as we do our best to maintain return operations safely.
