We are seeking highly capable Industrial Sewing Machine Operators for our new Old Fort, North Carolina factory. After completing an initial training program, you will be assigned to one of our production lines. You’ll partner with 6-8 team members to meet all the quality and efficiency standards in sewing various products built for a lifetime of adventure.
Essential Knowledge and Abilities
You have a minimum of 1-year experience in operating Industrial Sewing Machine (eg: Juki, Pfaff, Durkopp etc.)
Your passion for sewing, exceptional attention to detail, and desire to learn and develop new sewing skills is why you are applying.
Your adaptability and flexibility are your strengths and working in a fast-paced work environment with continuous feedback sounds exciting.
You think outside the box and can provide feedback and propose new ideas to production supervisors, developers, and designers.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 80lbs.
Ability to maintain a composed and professional demeanor within a flexible and (at times noisy) work environment.
