Triple Aught Design is an apparel and equipment manufacturer headquartered in San Francisco. On their toughest missions and in their everyday adventures, our highly-engaged and dedicated community depends on our gear to help them prevail. 

We're seeking to expand our creative services team with a full-time, marketing-focused Graphic Designer. Our marketing team is responsible for the complete presentation of our brand. This is an exciting and impactful role that will be integral to our growth and future success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop immersive creative content that captivates our community and is authentic and relevant to Triple Aught Design's aesthetic and culture.

  • Deliver best-in-class creative through continuous improvement and refinement of established brand elements.

  • Develop exceptional newsletter and social media templates and assets

  • Develop original 2D and 3D graphic art for use on apparel, equipment, and accessories.

  • Develop print and web collateral across a variety of media.

  • Work with marketing team on photo and video shoots.

  • Execute high quality, natural looking post-production on all creative output.

  • Be a conceptual and visual problem solver who designs and develops sophisticated digital experiences.

  • Produce innovative and user-friendly interface layouts and designs that apply UI / UX best practices to all screen-based media.

  • Maintain brand consistency by adhering to style and format guidelines throughout all mediums.

  • Challenges the status quo, champions change and influences others to change.

  • Able to follow brand guidelines and use technical skills and knowledge to check for accuracy, quality, and consistency in layout and text formatting.

  • Proactive and able to identify and troubleshoot solutions to potential production issues.

  • Able to adapt quickly and function at a high level in a fast paced environment.

  • Able to creatively take design cues and run with it, perseverant and thick-skinned enough to work through the iterations needed to get it done right.

  • Enjoy a design challenge - willing to see projects through as priorities change and deadlines materialize.

  • Self-directed, but enjoy collaborating with other teams.

  • Organized and able to prioritize effectively to keep projects on track and deadlines are met according to the development calendar.

  • Able to work efficiently by setting goals, establishing priorities, and planning well in order to meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

  • At least two years in a creative environment, preferably within the apparel / equipment industry.

  • Exceptional graphic design, illustration, and other creative capabilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

  • Fastidious attention to detail.

  • Comfortable with autonomy and able to manage your time and communicate proactively.

  • Ability to work well and creatively under pressure and deadlines.

  • Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism and deliver results against complex and challenging timelines.

  • Demonstrated history of taking initiative and conscientiously following through on areas of responsibility.

  • Interest or involvement in activities that align with the Triple Aught Design brand.

  • Advanced skills in current Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
